All Residential Renderings are done on a per-project basis. Renderings can be done with as little detail as just a "white box" design or as detailed as "realistic". Prices are dictated by the complexity of the house that will be rendered as well as how much detail the owner is requesting. Once a rendering is complete, a HD version will be sent to the owner for review. Changes that are cosmetic (non-structural) will be free of charge. Any modifications to the "structure" of the design will require an additional fee.

All renderings are done thru Sketch-Up Pro. Once the model is ready for post-process rendering, the project will be finished up using one of the following programs:

• Adobe Photoshop Pro  

• Unreal Engine Twinmotion

Post process rendering is based on what the owner is requiring for final design. 

All renderings, once finished, will be emailed in HD resolution, usually 4k. If owner can not accept large files thru email, a link will be given for direct download. A digital copy via disk or smart card/thumbdrive is available.
